Specfitcation of Wholesale Compression Knee Sleeve

  • Cushioning Pads: Soft, flexible hexagonal foam padding that spreads impact and protects the knees, while keeping the sleeve light and easy to move in.
  • Targeted Patella Support: Ready-made silicone grip pads, anti-slip bands, and patella rings that hold the brace in place, add comfort, and save on mold costs—plus custom designs to fit your specific needs.
  • Ergonomic 3D Fit: Shapes naturally to the knee for flexibility and secure support.
  • Silicone Anti-Slip Design: Silicone dots or wave printing along the cuff grip the skin and stop the brace from sliding down.
  • Side Stabilizers: Side stays or spring support systems that control joint movement, improve medial–lateral stability, and offer targeted protection for demanding sports or recovery.
  • Open-Patella Design: An open-patella design relieves direct pressure and improve tracking.
  • Adjustable Straps: Elasticity Control—Adjust the tension of the high-elastic webbing to meet your performance and budget targets. Material Selection—Choose materials that fit your market; options include high-elastic nylon webbing, ventilated fish-silk elastic, and other specialized fabrics. Velcro—High-wear areas use heavy-duty hook-and-loop fasteners with double-stitched reinforcement for extra durability. Length and Width—Standard or as needed.

AOFIT‘s knee sleeves can be customized with compression zones in key areas and different levels—designed to meet your brand’s standards for performance and comfort.

  • Tired, aching legs: 8–15 mmHg gives light support to help relieve fatigue and leg swelling. Best for: daily use at work, at home, or for people who are on their feet a lot.
  • Minor varicose veins: 15–20 mmHg helps reduce ankle and leg swelling and are commonly used for mild spider veins and varicose veins. Best for: daily use at work or home, people who are on their feet a lot, and long-distance travelers, especially those flying or sitting for long periods.
  • Moderate varicose veins: 20–30 mmHg is a medical-grade level. Best for: people recovering from surgery (especially major surgeries like joint replacement or vein surgery) and athletes who train hard often.
  • Acute deep vein thrombosis: 30–40 mmHg offers stronger medical-grade support. It helps improve blood circulation and speed recovery. Best for: people with moderate edema, those recovering from DVT, post-surgery patients, people with varicose veins or phlebitis, and pregnant women.
  • Severe edema: Above 40 mmHg effectively reduces severe swelling. Best for: people with severe edema, lymphedema, advanced varicose veins, post-thrombotic syndrome, and chronic venous insufficiency. This level also suits patients with severe skin ulcers and those in the critical stage of post-surgery recovery.

Hospitals, Orthopedic Clinics, Trauma Centers & Distributors

Choose from Our Custom Compression Knee Sleeve Solutions

Client Type Core Pain Points Our Solutions
Hospitals & Medical Distributors

• Regulatory Non-Compliance: Products lacking FDA, CE, or ISO 13485 certifications cannot be prescribed.

• Incorrect Compression Levels: Sub-standard pressure zones fail to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or post-op swelling.

• Certified Medical-Grade Production: Factories provide documented, standardized 15–30+ mmHg graduated compression testing.

• Sterile/Biocompatible Packaging: Medical-grade, hypoallergenic materials that pass strict skin-sensitivity testing.

Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Clinics

• Difficult Application: Injured or elderly patients struggle to pull tight, rigid sleeves over swollen joints.

• Inventory Overhead: Small clinics cannot afford high Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for multiple sizes.

• Open-Patella or Wrap-Around Designs: Hook-and-loop (Velcro) strap closures that allow easy putting on and customized compression adjustment.

• Low MOQ Bundles: Low-threshold starter packs mixed across sizes (S to XXL).

Gym Chains & Cross-Training Brands

• Rapid Structural Failure: Heavy friction from barbell scrapes and deep squats tears seams and degrades elastic.

• Slippage During Movement: High-intensity movement causes sleeves to bunch up behind the knee.

• Heavy-Duty Materials & Reinforced Seams: 5mm to 7mm SCR or SBR Neoprene with double-reinforced flatlock stitching.

• Anatomical Contouring & Silicone Grips: 3D contoured tailoring combined with internal dual-wave silicone strips to lock the sleeve in place.

Pharmacy & Retail Chains (Private Label)

• Low Profit Margins: High manufacturing costs squeeze retail markups.

• Poor Shelf Appeal: Generic packaging fails to stand out against dominant consumer brands.

• High-Volume Economies of Scale: Fully automated assembly lines that drop per-unit costs for bulk orders.

• Turnkey ODM Services: Complete end-to-end retail packaging design, custom barcoding, and point-of-sale display stand sourcing.
