These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access, browsing, inquiry, quotation, ordering, purchasing, cooperation, and service activities conducted on this official website (the “Site”) operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website, submitting inquiries, placing orders, or cooperating with our business, you (“Customer”, “Client”, “User”) fully acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to accept all rules, limitations, and legal clauses stated in these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you shall immediately stop using this website and all related services.
These official Terms shall apply to all business transactions involving orthopedic braces, physiotherapy orthotics, rehabilitation support devices, EMS muscle stimulation rehabilitation equipment, 3D-printed customized orthotic products, product design, pattern development, technical customization, manufacturing services, and all related technical and commercial cooperation provided by our company.

1. Definition and Interpretation

1.1 Products: Refer to all orthopedic supports, rehabilitation orthotics, physical therapy devices, wearable rehabilitation training equipment, 3D printed prototype products, customized brace products, and technical design services displayed, quoted, or delivered through this website.
1.2 Services: Include product consultation, scheme design, structural optimization, 3D modeling, pattern development, sample production, mass manufacturing, technical support, after-sales guidance, and customized OEM/ODM cooperation services.
1.3 Customer: Any individual, enterprise, institution, organization, or agent who browses the website, sends inquiries, obtains quotations, places orders, or conducts commercial cooperation with us.
1.4 All headings in these Terms are for reading convenience only and shall not affect the legal validity and interpretation of any clause.

2. Website Use and User Obligations

2.1 All content on this website, including product images, videos, technical descriptions, functional introductions, design cases, texts, logos, and layout styles, is for commercial display and consultation reference only. Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, republish, or commercially use any website content without our written authorization.
2.2 The user agrees not to use this website for illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to falsifying information, infringing third-party rights, attacking the website system, or interfering with normal business operations.
2.3 The user shall independently bear all legal responsibilities for their false information submission, improper operation, or illegal use of website resources.

3. Product Description and Visual Disclaimer

3.1 We strive to ensure that all product pictures, videos, parameters, functional descriptions, and technical introductions on the website are true, accurate, and professional. However, due to differences in shooting light, display equipment, screen resolution, manual shooting angle, and batch production upgrading, slight visual differences, color deviation, and detail fine-tuning between website display pictures and physical products shall not be regarded as product quality problems or breach of contract.
3.2 All functional texts, rehabilitation principles, and technical introductions on the website are based on general industry principles and product design logic, for customer reference only, and do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment behavior, or personalized medical advice.
3.3 Our products belong to auxiliary rehabilitation and orthopedic support equipment, not medical treatment equipment. All product effects depend on correct wearing, standardized use, and scientific rehabilitation training. We do not promise any absolute rehabilitation effect or curative effect.

4. Customization, Design and R&D Service Rules

4.1 Our company provides full-process services including product concept design, sketch design, structural optimization, 3D digital modeling, pattern development, 3D printing prototype verification, and mass production process upgrade. All customized solutions are independently developed by our technical team and belong to our professional technical achievements.
4.2 For customized orders, after the customer confirms the design draft, structure, parameters, and sample effect, any subsequent subjective modification, repeated adjustment, scheme overturning, or design change caused by customer reasons will generate additional design fees, mold modification fees, and time cost losses, which shall be borne by the customer.
4.3 The design scheme, 3D model data, pattern data, and technical drawings provided by us are for the exclusive use of the cooperative project. No unauthorized transfer, sharing, disclosure, or secondary development by the customer is allowed.
4.4 In the customized development process, minor iterative optimization of product structure, material technology, and detail craft based on ergonomics, production feasibility, and industry safety standards belongs to normal technical iteration and shall not be deemed as non-compliance or defective delivery.

5. Product Quality and Inspection Standards

5.5 All our orthopedic braces and rehabilitation products are manufactured in accordance with industrial production standards, ergonomic design principles, and internal multi-dimensional performance verification processes. We strictly control product stability, comfort, structural strength, and wearing safety.
5.2 All finished products will pass internal performance testing, structural inspection, and quality inspection before delivery. Customers shall complete product inspection within 7 working days after receiving the goods. Any quality objection must be put forward in writing with valid photos, videos, and evidence within the inspection period. Failure to submit a complaint within the time limit shall be deemed that the customer fully recognizes the product quality and delivery status.
5.3 For products with normal wear loss, manual use damage, improper wearing, man-made extrusion, unauthorized disassembly and modification, and damage caused by customer’s improper use, we do not assume quality responsibility and after-sales free maintenance obligations.

6. Quotation, Payment and Price Specification

6.1 All prices displayed on the website are for reference only. The final transaction price shall be subject to the official quotation, formal invoice, and signed sales contract confirmed by both parties.
6.2 Subsequent changes in raw material prices, labor costs, production processes, order quantity, and customized requirements may lead to price adjustments. We have the right to adjust the quotation reasonably according to the actual situation and will inform the customer in advance.
6.3 All orders must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Any delay in payment by the customer will result in the postponement of production schedule, delivery time, and service progress. All losses caused by customer’s delayed payment shall be borne by the customer itself.

7. Delivery, Logistics and Risk Transfer

7.1 The delivery cycle is subject to the agreed time in the formal contract. The delivery time is for reference only, and we will try our best to deliver on schedule. Delays caused by objective factors such as raw material shortage, production peak season, logistics suspension, port congestion, customs inspection, and force majeure shall not be deemed as our breach of contract.
7.2 After the products are delivered to the logistics company and shipped, the product property rights, transportation risks, loss risks, and damage risks are completely transferred to the customer. All loss, damage, delay, or loss caused by logistics transportation shall be borne by the customer or the logistics carrier.
7.3 The customer shall bear all destination tariffs, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and related policy costs incurred in cross-border transportation.

8. Return and After-Sales Policy

8.1 Mass-produced standard products: Unused, unwashed, undamaged products with complete packaging can be returned or exchanged within the agreed after-sales period after our confirmation. Any product that has been worn, used, damaged, modified, or incomplete in packaging is not supported for return or exchange.
8.2 Customized products, 3D printed prototypes, personalized pattern development products, and customized ODM products: These products are tailor-made according to customer’s exclusive requirements and cannot be resold. Once production starts, no return, no exchange, no refund is supported unless we deliver wrong goods or have serious quality problems confirmed by both parties.
8.3 We provide professional after-sales technical guidance and product usage instructions, but we are not responsible for secondary injury, discomfort, or rehabilitation effect deviation caused by the customer’s incorrect wearing, non-standard use, or failure to follow professional guidance.

9. Intellectual Property Rights Protection

9.1 All website texts, pictures, videos, designs, technical cases, 3D models, pattern data, and technical processes are protected by trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights involved belong exclusively to our company.
9.2 Customers shall not copy, imitate, plagiarize, disassemble, reverse engineer, or use our technical data and design achievements for independent production, secondary development, or commercial cooperation without written authorization.
9.3 Any infringement, plagiarism, unauthorized disclosure, and unauthorized commercial use will result in legal liability and compensation for all economic losses.

10. Force Majeure Clause

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, delayed performance, or insufficient performance of contractual obligations caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic control, government policy adjustment, industrial suspension, port closure, logistics interruption, international trade policy changes, and other objective irresistible factors. After the occurrence of force majeure, we will actively communicate with customers and adjust the delivery and service schedule reasonably.

 

11. Disclaimer of Liability

11.1 Our products are auxiliary rehabilitation supports, not medical devices, and cannot replace hospital diagnosis, treatment, and professional medical rehabilitation plans. We do not undertake any medical liability and treatment effect guarantee liability.
11.2 We are not responsible for all losses caused by the customer’s misoperation, improper use, unauthorized modification, non-compliance with wearing specifications, and neglect of rehabilitation guidance.
11.3 We are not liable for indirect losses, profit losses, business interruption losses, and subsequent impact losses caused by product use or service cooperation.

12. Website Update and Clause Revision

We reserve the right to update, modify, optimize, and adjust the website content, product information, service rules, and these Terms at any time according to business development, industry standards, and policy requirements. The revised clauses will take effect immediately after being published on the website. Continuous browsing and cooperation by users means unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all commercial cooperation disputes shall be governed by the laws of China. In case of any dispute, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through legal proceedings in the local people’s court where our company is located.

14. Final Interpretation Right

All clauses involved in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the final interpretation of our company.
