Features and Applications of AOFIT’s OEM/ODM Telescopic ROM Knee Brace

Designed and Manufactured around Your Patients’ Complaints

Dual-Scale Precision ROM Dial

Built with integrated Range of Motion (ROM) hinges on both sides, each featuring clear angle markings for flexion and extension, so healthcare professionals can gradually limit or guide knee movement.

Reinforced Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Struts

Constructed with heavy-duty lateral aluminum alloy bars fastened by sturdy metal rivets, delivering excellent structural rigidity to counteract varus or valgus twisting forces.

Contoured Ergonomic Shells

Features anatomically molded composite support plates that conform smoothly to the thigh and calf, offering reliable external stabilization while leaving the front of the knee unobstructed.

Plush Protective Condyle Pads

Includes soft cushioned pads positioned behind the hinges to shield the sensitive lateral bones of the knee joint from pressure and friction-related chafing.

Adjustable Multi-Tier Compression Straps

Comes with four wide, high-tensile black hook-and-loop straps routed through dedicated loop guides, providing adjustable, slip-resistant compression tailored to your leg shape.

Manufacturing & Production

OEM Capabilities of Your Telescopic ROM Knee Brace Manufacturer

If you already have a complete design specification (a “build-to-print” model), we ensure production strictly adheres to your requirements.

Quality Control

Production follows rigorous quality management systems (QMS). We are certified under ISO 13485 (medical device quality), with many also holding FDA and CE markings, ensuring the product meets global regulatory standards.

Branding & Packaging

Custom logos, private labeling, and bespoke packaging designs. We support blister packs, carton boxes, carry bags, and bulk hospital-grade packaging with your labeling. Also, we produce fully finished braces under your brand name—from laser-engraved logos on metal components to custom-printed packaging and instruction manuals.

Scalable Capacity

We have high production capacities of up to 100,000 pieces per month to handle bulk orders, supported by low minimum order quantities (MOQ) of 500 for initial runs.

Shipping & Lead Times

We manage export logistics from important ports in China with typical lead times around 45 days for bulk orders.

Hospitals, Orthopedic Clinics, Trauma Centers & Distributors

Start Your OEM/ODM Telescopic ROM Knee Brace Project Now

Public Hospitals / Trauma Centers

Buyer pain: qualification thresholds, delivery stability, spec adaptation.

Our solutions:
Pre-built qualification package: ISO 13485, FDA, CE valid and ready for tender review. ISO 13485 = traceable QMS, design control, CAPA — a hard tender threshold.

“Delivery-service” partnership model: bundle product + regional warehousing + clinical support (via distributors or own hubs) instead of quoting unit price only.

Universal-model stocking support: telescopic ROM braces are left/right interchangeable with adjustable length — emphasize 1 SKU covers most patients, cutting your SKU count.

Orthopedic Clinics

Buyer pain: SKU management, patient self-adjustment errors, price sensitivity.

Our solutions
“One-size-fits-most” universal models: wide leg-length range (adolescent to adult), left/right universal — clinic stocks only 1–2 SKUs. Push-button length adjustment + tool-free ROM dial reduce patient setup failure.

Low-MOQ: custom logo/packaging with minimal order quantity of 500 ( MOQ as low as 1 pc for samples) — clinic gets its own brand without overstocking.

Fitting-instruction inserts: we supply illustrated/video ROM adjustment & wear guides shipped with product — clinic hands to patient, cutting misuse complaints.

Distributors / Dealers

Buyer pain: centralized-procurement price pressure, long hospital payment cycles, high terminal service cost.

Our solutions:
OEM/ODM differentiation: custom logo, material, color, packaging, sizing — distributor escapes pure price competition with own-brand or regional-exclusive models.

Tiered pricing + payment terms: volume-based price tiers and negotiated credit terms for long-term partners; stable lead time (~45 days typical) underpins distributor’s supply commitments to hospitals.

Joint tender participation: we supply registration certs, test reports, samples, training materials, spliting the terminal service cost.
